​Cancellation Policy​​

  • As part of our service we offer courtesy email reminders at the time of booking your appointment/s and a confirmation SMS approximately 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. As such 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 50-90% of the scheduled appointment fee. 

  • In the case that three consecutive appointments have been missed, unfortunately we are not able to make any further appointments for you. 

  • Please note that Active Health Psychology are unable to claim medicare or private health claims with cancellations and attending appointments allow us to continue to support families in need and keep our costs down. 

  • Please have respect for all employees at Active Health Psychology in regards to these fees and other matters. 


​Payment Policy

  • Payment of services is required at the time of appointment or within 7 days of the scheduled appointment. 

  • Clients are charged for any additional reporting and resource development that may be required and will be billed accordingly.

  • Full payment of completed reports and resources must be received before the report or resource can be released.

  • Payment can be made via credit/debit card or electronic transfer. Active Health Psychology have HICAPS and EFTPOS facilities that allow you to claim your rebate directly after the your session. 

  • Active Health Psychology reserves the right to change our fees at any time without prior notice.
